Turn off translucent menu bar in Leopard
Mon, 18 February 2008
If you have installed 10.5.2 upgrade, there is a nice little surprise for you in the System Preferences - you can now turn off the translucent menu bar.
Open System Preferences, click Desktop & Screen Saver and uncheck the Translucent Menu Bar at the bottom of the window.

Thanks Apple for fixing this and the Stacks. I wonder what’s next… ?

“Thanks Apple for fixing this…”
Why? Was it broken? ^_^…
It is a matter of taste if you like the translucent menu bar or not. Now they give a choose.. but it is not and never was a bug!! So stop calling it a “fix”…
