Ah, but what about the part where the client says (and this is after racking your brains to deliver a clean, professional design which they’ve already approved) “I think we should have BIG RED/GOLD/GREEN text/buttons everywhere - because I think our users won’t have a clue how to use a website!”. Speak for yourself eh… :)
