		<description>A couple of common things I&#039;ve seen with new Mac users are:

1.  Two many icons on the dock, I quite often see multiple browsers and e-mail clients on the dock.

2.  Software installed from Disk Images is on the root of the Macintosh HD instead of the Applications folder.</description>
